School Meals

School Lunches

Children can have a school meal or bring a packed lunch of their own

The school has its own kitchen and provides an excellent variety of meals daily.  Our caterers are Aspens.

Children who bring in a packed lunch are welcome to sit with those who have school dinners.

We have moved to electronic payments using the facilities provided by ParentPay.

The cost of a school meal is currently £2.41. If you feel your child may be eligible for free school meals, please ask at the school office for an application form.

BOOKING MEALS THROUGH PARENTPAY

Can I change my child's choice of meal once booked?

No. This is because the kitchen orders food items in advance.

Can my child bring in a packed lunch even though a meal has been booked?

Yes - although you will still be charged for the meal you have booked; this is because the kitchen orders food items in advance.

What if my child is absent due to illness or medical appointment on the day a meal has been booked?

The meal will be cancelled and your meal account will be credited.

What if I miss the deadline for booking meals?

You will need to provide a packed lunch from home.

How far in advance can I book meals?

You can make 4 weeks' of choices at a time. Once you have booked the meals for one week, just click on 'next' to take you to the following week.

What if I choose the Allergy Free Option and I have not contacted the school office?

Your meal choice will be changed to a non-allergy free main meal.

If you have any other questions please contact the school office. There is also a Parent FAQs section on the home page of ParentPay.
